RIMINI CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation is charged via Credit Card upon making a reservation,  the remaining balance is payable on arrival.

Low Season

10 days’ notice must be given for cancellations to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will forfeit deposit paid.

Modifications can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Peak Season

28 days’ notice must be given for cancellations to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be liable for 100% of the booking.

No modifications can be made to peak season bookings within this 14-day cancellation period.

Modifications

Bookings can be modified once within a 3-month period from the date of the original booking.  Depending on the dates chosen, there may be an adjustment to the original tariff.

Any bookings that have been modified within the above cancellation periods,  then cancelled, will remain non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed on the day of cancellation, with the deposit being credited back to the credit card provided on the original booking.

Early departs / No-shows

There is no refund if you choose to depart prior to your confirmed departure date.

In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the remaining balance of your booking.
